In 1998, web pages were created to tell the stories of two couples,
the immigrant grandparents of Barbara Palkovic Whitaker.   They are:  

  •  Thomas Palkovic and Josephine Vavra 
  •  Gustav Wurth and Barbara Stäckler

 

 As time went on, these stories grew to include brothers and sisters,  three generations of nieces and nephews, and ancestors that go back to the 1700's.  By 2006, several cousins were collaborating on the project.  These four families provide a wonderful global network of people to enjoy.

By 2007, we could see that it was time to create four separate websites, which we did.
